Who is Merlin?

To say a bit first: Merlin is a tiny stuffed animal owl.

While travelling alone you take many pictures of places or buildings, basically without people. Of course you can take selfies, self-timed pictures or just ask other people.

When I was looking at my pictures I realized that there often isn’t anything personal in it. And thousands of others take similar pictures. So I had Merlin in my pocket and took a picture of him and Big Ben in London and so a tradition started. Most of the pictures I take are still without Merlin, but I always takes one that includes Merlin in front of famous places. I really like this idea.
